Kevin Federline is eagre to "minimize the hard knocks" that his two young sons have to go through, according to his lawyer.
People magazine reports that the rapper's attorney Cross Vincent Kaplan said that the court order barring Britney Spears from eyesight the children is "painful, only appropriate".
He said: "Kevin's not indifferent to how difficult it has to be on their mother (Spears) and on the kids. It's a sad site. There's no victorious flavor."
"Kevin wants zip more than to be able to parent his children with involution by their mother."
"But the topper interest of the children want that they be in the most sound, safe, nurturing and consistent surroundings. That is paramount."
The attorney likewise said: "[Kevin] is committed to trying to fill any empty by him being there at all times for them in any way. He can't exchange their mother in their life merely he is departure to render to minimise the hardship."
